Villa on the edge

The proposed project is a weekend house in Nashik, set within a unique landscape and surrounded by dam backwaters on three sides, offering uninterrupted and expansive views. Conceived as a family retreat, the house is planned with three bedrooms, each oriented to enjoy direct views of the water.

The living spaces open towards the water, with the living area and infinity pool framing panoramic views where the family can gather and experience both sunrise and sunset. With the sun rising on one side and setting on the other, the house offers a continuous and immersive relationship with the natural cycle, creating a serene and surreal living experience.

An internal courtyard is integrated into the plan, designed as a sheltered outdoor space for family gatherings, BBQs, and bonfire nights, reinforcing the house as a place of leisure, connection, and retreat within nature.
